UCU provides support and representation for members involved in disciplinary processes, grievances and other work-related matters. Your membership must be up to date, and if you have only recently joined UCU this may affect your eligibility for support (this does not apply if you are new to qualifying employment) – so don’t wait until you need help to join!

Please note that caseworkers are ordinary branch members who do not always have time allocated in their workload, so we may not be able to offer support for every meeting or issue.
